REGISTRATION
The registration is free of charge. In order to verify your account, a 1 € deposit is debitted which will be available on your account as starting credit.
RENTAL
Simply scan the QR Code on the bike with the nextbike app and the FrameLock will open automatically.
PARKING MODE
Do you want to park your bike during a rental? First activate the park mode in the app and then close the FrameLock. In parking mode the regular prices apply.
RETURN
Return your bike at an official station and press the FrameLock lever down to lock the bike. If you return your bike away from a station, a service fee of at least €20 will be charged.

WinsenRad Tariffs
You can rent up to four bikes with one customer account. However, subscriptions and special conditions typically apply to the first bike only. The monthly rate is valid throughout Germany (except for Oldenburg, Bremen, Usedom and Nuremberg). You can change the tariff in your account settings.
Basic rate
1 €/15 min
The first 15 minutes are free of charge. Each additional 15 min cost 1 €. You pay a maximum of 12 €/24 h per rental. You ride in the basic rate, if you have not booked another tariff.
Monthly rate
10 €/month
The first 30 minutes per rental are included. Each additional 15 min cost 1 €. You pay a maximum of 12 €/24 h per rental.
Annual rate
39 €/year
The first 30 minutes of each rental are included. Each additional 15 min cost 1 €. You pay a maximum of 12 €/24 h per rental.
